|
Advised a world-wide charity on the recruitment and appointment of an IT Director. Acted as interim IT Director during the recruitment process. Subsequently worked with the new IT Director to develop a framework for portfolio management of short, medium and long term IT project planning. This facilitated resource allocation, elimination of duplicated activities and identification of systems dependencies across local, regional and global initiatives. |
